  4. You receive a short written summary and any recommended next steps.

Pricing:

  • Remote session: $40 for up to 45 minutes
  • Local on-site visit (within service area): $80 for the first hour, $40 each additional hour

2. System Optimization & AI-Assisted Setup

Not everything is “broken” — sometimes your system is just cluttered, misconfigured, or underused. This service is about making what you already have faster, cleaner, and more useful, while carefully introducing AI tools that actually help instead of overwhelm.

We can help with:

  • PC performance tuning and cleanup
  • Startup apps and background processes optimization
  • Organizing files, folders, and cloud storage
  • Email cleanup and basic automation
  • Setting up tools like password managers
  • Introducing AI tools (like ChatGPT) for everyday use
  • Designing simple workflows that save you time

How it works:

  1. We start with a quick call or questionnaire about how you use your computer.
  2. We review your current setup and identify bottlenecks and risks.
  3. We apply changes step-by-step, explaining what we’re doing as we go.
  4. You receive a written “system brief” with changes and recommendations.

Pricing:

  • Optimization session (remote): $60 for up to 75 minutes
  • Follow-up optimization sessions: $40 per follow-up (optional)

3. Ongoing Support Plan

If you’d like to know there’s someone you can reach out to when things go sideways — without starting over each time — the ongoing support plan gives you continuity, familiarity, and priority access.

What’s included:

  • Up to two remote support sessions per month (45 minutes each)
  • Priority scheduling for urgent issues
  • A short monthly check-in to answer questions or review concerns
  • Simple written notes after each session

Pricing:

  • $25/month – cancel any time, no contracts
